We hope the new year has started off strong and you are looking forward to all the great things to come throughout this year, I know we are!
To kick off 2023 we are so excited to announce that we have redesigned our website and it is live!! To give you a little more insight on why we decided to make this change it is because we felt like the last design didn’t really portray the way we wanted people to feel when they visited our page. When you hire our company, we want you to feel comfortable and excited to work with our team so when you visit our page that’s how you should feel! So, we did a total redesign and we’re so happy with the new color choices we have made! It feels much more inviting, more like walking into a nice clean home, a breath of fresh air. We hope that when you visit our website for the first time that these feelings are accurately portrayed! We hope you not only feel this sense of comfort when looking at our page but also whenever you’re communicating with anyone on our team as well. Customer service is our top priority so whenever you’re talking to someone through the website, text or phone calls, or during your clean we hope its always a positive experience.
With that said, we are going to be putting a lot of focus into the business this year to make sure we keep running strong while maintaining our core priorities, Great customer service and quality cleaning! The goals for this year in terms of customer service are; responding to messages in a timely manner, keeping you updated about your upcoming cleanings, confirming appointments the day before to let you know we are coming and ensure you are ready for us, and booking your next appointment same day so you can get the best day possible for your schedule!
Our goals for maintaining our quality cleaning is to ensure we are training our team to be the best cleaners in the city with an exceptional eye for detail and doing cleans to all of our clients satisfaction!
We are going to continue specializing in Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move In/Out Cleaning but were excited to also announce that we will be adding Office Cleaning to this list very soon!! If you or anyone you know has an office building that needs cleaned stay tuned because we would love to help you!!
We have a lot of great things planned for 2023 and can’t wait to continue to update everyone that is a part of our HQC community as we accomplish our goals throughout the year.
