Between packing boxes and organizing logistics, you already have plenty on your plate during a move. Let us handle the cleaning! Whether you are preparing to hand over the keys or wanting a fresh start before settling into a new space, our Move In/Out service provides a top-to-bottom deep clean for completely empty homes. Please Note: Every cleaning appointment is assigned a maximum time limit based on the average expected time it takes to clean a home of your size. Because our team services multiple homes each day, we must adhere to these time limits to respect everyone's schedule. If your home requires extra attention that exceeds your scheduled time block, we may not be able to complete every room that day and will prioritize your most important areas first. If your home requires more time, we can easily add extra time to your future cleanings for an additional cost.

Bedrooms

  • Deep Dusting & Surfaces: Dust top-to-bottom (including reachable ceiling fans), wipe baseboards, clean doors and frames, and wipe down all flat surfaces.

  • Closets: Dust and thoroughly wipe down all empty closet shelves.

  • Glass & Doors: Clean mirrors, inside windows, and the inside and outside of sliding glass doors.

  • Floors: Vacuum all floors and mop hard surfaces.

Living/Dining Room

  • Deep Dusting & Surfaces: Dust top-to-bottom (including reachable ceiling fans), wipe baseboards, clean doors and frames, and wipe down all flat surfaces.

  • Closets: Dust and thoroughly wipe down all empty closet shelves.

  • Glass & Doors: Clean mirrors, inside windows, and the inside and outside of sliding glass doors.

  • Floors: Vacuum all floors and mop hard surfaces.

Kitchen

  • Deep Dusting & Surfaces: Dust top-to-bottom, clean light fixtures, wipe baseboards, clean doors and frames, and sanitize all empty countertops.

  • Cabinets: Thoroughly clean the inside of all empty cabinets and wipe down all exterior cabinet faces.

  • Appliances (Inside & Out): Deep clean the inside of the fridge, freezer, oven, and microwave, plus clean the stovetop and wipe down the exterior of all appliances.

  • Glass & Doors: Clean inside windows, mirrors, and the inside and outside of sliding glass doors.

  • Floors: Vacuum all floors and mop hard flooring.

Bathrooms

  • Deep Dusting & Details: Dust top-to-bottom, wipe baseboards, and clean doors and frames.

  • Sinks, Surfaces & Glass: Scrub the sink, polish faucets, wipe down empty counters, clean mirrors, and clean inside windows.

  • Cabinets & Closets: Wipe down the inside/outside of empty vanity cabinets and dust all closet shelves.

  • Tub & Shower: Thoroughly deep scrub and sanitize bathtubs, showers, and fixtures.

  • Toilet: Thoroughly clean and scrub the toilet inside and out.

  • Floors: Vacuum all floors and mop hard surfaces.
